We have developed a live chat system where users can ‘talk’ to one of our trained team using a Live Text Talk function.

The free-to-use and easily accessible service aims to provide real-time advice and help for those experiencing domestic violence in a discreet way which does not put them at further risk.

The service will operate daily between 8pm and 10pm, Monday – Friday. It is not an emergency service and those in danger still need to call 999.

Please click on the ‘Talk’ button in the right-hand corner of the navigation bar to start the live chat service.
